Why We Created The Cycle Script
It Started With a Mission to Bring Better Care Closer to Home
In May of 2022, I founded Texas Pelvic Health in Sulphur Springs, Texas… the same small East Texas town where my husband, Jordan, and I were born and raised.
Before moving back home, we spent four years living in Arkansas while completing graduate school. But the idea of bringing specialized healthcare back to a rural community had been planted long before then.
Growing up in Sulphur Springs, specialized healthcare almost always meant driving.
An hour… sometimes an hour and a half… sometimes farther.
If you needed to see a specialist, chances were you weren’t going to find one down the street, or even in the next town over.
When I became a pelvic floor physical therapist, I knew I wanted to help change that.
I created Texas Pelvic Health with a simple mission: to give women in rural communities access to the kind of specialized healthcare that they would otherwise have to travel hours to receive. I also knew there was an enormous need.
Women were living with urinary leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sex, constipation, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related pain, postpartum symptoms, and so many other issues that were incredibly common but rarely talked about.
The statistics told me the need was there. Opening my clinic allowed me to see it firsthand.
Women were dealing with these symptoms for months or years. Many had been told their symptoms were normal. Some had been offered very few treatment options. Others simply didn’t know that specialized care existed.
I knew women deserved better.
What I didn’t know yet was that pelvic health was only the beginning…
Then Fertility Became Personal.
In 2023, Jordan and I started talking about growing our own family.
As my personal interest in fertility grew, so did my professional interest.
I began taking continuing education courses focused on fertility and eventually enrolled in the Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist certification program, which I completed in 2024.
I started incorporating what I was learning into the care of my in-person patients.
And very quickly, I realized something….
The gaps I had seen in pelvic healthcare were also present, and in many cases felt even bigger, for women dealing with menstrual, hormonal, and fertility challenges.
I started working with more women experiencing endometriosis, PCOS, irregular cycles, painful periods, difficulty conceiving, and other reproductive health concerns.
Again and again, I met women who felt like they had been given very few options.
Maybe they had been prescribed a medication without fully understanding why.
Maybe they had been told to come back when they were ready to get pregnant.
Maybe they had been trying to conceive for months and were told to just keep trying.
Maybe they had spent years living with debilitating period pain before anyone took it seriously.
Or maybe they simply knew something wasn’t right, but they didn’t know what questions to ask or where to go next.
The more women I treated, the more obvious it became: Access wasn’t the only problem: women needed someone willing to look at the whole picture.
That’s Why We Created The Cycle Script.
My mission as a women’s health provider has always been to increase access to specialized care, especially for women living in rural communities and women who feel frustrated by the care or treatment options they have received.
But a brick-and-mortar clinic can only reach so many people.
The Cycle Script was our way of taking that mission beyond the walls of my clinic.
I founded The Cycle Script with my husband, Jordan, a pharmacist whose expertise brings an entirely different perspective to women's health.
Most people think of pharmacists primarily as experts in medications… and they are. But Jordan's knowledge extends far beyond simply knowing what a medication does.
His background allows us to take a deeper look at medications, potential interactions, supplements, lab work, and how all of those pieces may fit into the bigger picture.
My background allows us to look at that picture through the lens of pelvic health, fertility, movement, lifestyle, cycle health, and the patterns I have seen while treating women one-on-one.
Together, we created The Cycle Script to bridge the gap between “Something doesn’t feel right” and “Here’s what I can actually do next.”

About Hailey
I’m Hailey, a pelvic floor physical therapist, practice owner, and pelvic rehab fertility specialist with a deep belief that your body is not broken, it’s just been under-evaluated and under-explained.
I own a multi-location pelvic health practice in Texas, where I work one-on-one with patients navigating fertility struggles, painful periods, postpartum recovery, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Over the years, I started noticing a pattern: so many people were coming to me not just with symptoms, but with confusion and lack of clarity. They didn’t understand their cycle, their hormones, or why their body was doing what it was doing, and no one had ever taken the time to explain it to them.
That’s where The Cycle Script was born.
My approach blends evidence-based medicine with hands-on clinical experience and real-life practicality. I care deeply about helping you connect the dots between your cycle, your symptoms, and your overall health without fear-based messaging or quick fixes. I believe education is empowering, and when you understand your body, you can make informed decisions that actually support healing.
Whether you’re trying to conceive, coming off birth control, navigating painful or irregular cycles, trying to fix your PCOS, or just wanting to feel more in tune with your body, my goal is simple: to help you trust your body again and give you the tools to support it long-term.
About Jordan
I’m Jordan, a pharmacist with a passion for making medications, supplements, labs, and hormones make sense especially in the context of real life and real bodies.
My background is in pharmacy, but my role within The Cycle Script goes beyond medication lists and dosing. I focus on helping people understand how and why certain medications and supplements are used, what their options are, and how they interact with the body particularly when it comes to birth control, fertility support, and hormone health.
Working alongside Hailey has given me a unique perspective. I see firsthand how often people are prescribed medications without fully understanding their purpose, alternatives, or long-term implications. I believe patients deserve clear, unbiased education so they can advocate for themselves and make confident decisions about their care.
Within The Cycle Script, I bring the medical and pharmaceutical lens breaking down complex information into straightforward, usable guidance.
Together, our goal is to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and everyday understanding so you feel informed, supported, and empowered in your health journey.
We Want to Help You Find Your Next Step
We aren't here to replace your physician or pretend that every women's health problem can be solved with a supplement, a workout, or a lifestyle change. We also don't believe your only option should be to accept symptoms that are affecting your quality of life.
Our goal is to help you take a comprehensive look at where you are now.
What symptoms are you experiencing?
What care have you already received?
What medications or supplements are you currently taking?
What testing or lab work has been done?
What hasn't been investigated yet?
What lifestyle factors may be worth addressing?
And most importantly: What should you do next?
Through The Cycle Script, our goal is to give women dealing with conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, painful or irregular periods, and fertility challenges a comprehensive, actionable plan for moving forward.
Sometimes that may mean identifying lifestyle changes you can begin implementing. Sometimes it may mean discussing labs worth asking your provider about. Sometimes it may mean reviewing medications or supplements. Sometimes the most important recommendation we can give you is to find a different specialist and help you understand what questions to ask when you get there.
The goal isn't to give every woman the same "protocol." It's to help you better understand your body, your options, and your next steps.
Because Women Shouldn't Have to Wait Years for Answers.
The Cycle Script grew out of everything I have seen as a women's health provider—and everything Jordan and I believe healthcare can do better.
Women shouldn't have to live in a major city to have access to specialized information.
You shouldn't have to spend years wondering whether your symptoms are "bad enough" to deserve further investigation.
And you shouldn't have to piece together your entire health plan from 15-minute appointments, internet searches, and conflicting advice on social media.
We want to help close that gap.
Whether you live in a rural community like the one Jordan and I grew up in or you simply feel like you haven't found the answers you're looking for yet, we're glad you're here.
Thank you for trusting us to be a small part of your story.
Our hope is simple: that The Cycle Script helps shorten the distance between knowing something isn't right and finally knowing what to do next.
