Frequently Asked Questions

  • The Cycle Script is a personalized cycle and hormone review designed to help you understand what is actually going on with your menstrual cycle. You complete a detailed intake form, and I review it through a clinical and holistic lens. You then receive a customized action plan with clear next steps, plus two weeks of direct access to ask questions and get support.

This is not a generic program. It is tailored to you.

  • No. Many people come to The Cycle Script without a diagnosis and that is completely okay. This service is designed to help you understand patterns, root causes, and next steps whether or not you have a formal label yet.

  • The Cycle Script is educational and supportive in nature. It does not replace medical care or establish a doctor patient relationship. However, it often helps you feel more prepared and confident when working with your medical providers.

Think of it as clarity and guidance so you know what questions to ask and what direction to go.

    • A personalized action plan covering lifestyle, cycle tracking, and support strategies

The Cycle Script connects the dots specifically for you and filters out the noise so you can focus on what actually applies to your body.

  • Yes. Many people are told everything is normal while still feeling terrible.

Cycle symptoms often show up before labs do. This service focuses on patterns, trends, and functional support rather than waiting for something to be flagged as abnormal.

  • That is actually an ideal time to do this. The Cycle Script can help you build a strong foundation, understand ovulation timing, and optimize your cycle before you are deep into frustration or interventions.

  • You are very welcome here. Many clients come to this service after years of unanswered questions. The goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered regardless of where you are in the journey.

  • After you submit your form, it is reviewed and returned with your personalized response by the following Thursday. From that point, you have two full weeks of access for questions and support.

  • All communication happens through Slack. This allows you to ask questions, clarify recommendations, and check in as things come up without feeling rushed.

  • Recommendations are educational and individualized, but they are not a replacement for medical prescribing. When appropriate, guidance is given on what to discuss with your provider or pharmacist.

  • That is normal. Nothing is meant to be done all at once. Part of the two week support window is helping you prioritize and choose realistic next steps that fit your life.

  • No. This is not hands on treatment. However, it is informed by pelvic floor physical therapy, cycle tracking, fertility education, and lifestyle based care.

If pelvic floor therapy or other support would be helpful, that will be discussed.

  • You will leave with clarity and direction. If additional support is appropriate, options will be discussed so you are not left wondering what to do next.
