Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before working with The Cycle Script.

What Is The Cycle Script?

  • The Cycle Script is an individualized cycle and fertility analysis designed to help you better understand your body, hormones, symptoms, and overall health. After completing an in depth intake form, our team reviews your information and creates a personalized action plan with recommendations related to cycle tracking, lifestyle habits, movement, nutrition, supplements, and overall health support.

Our goal is to help you stop feeling dismissed, confused, or stuck wondering what to do next.

This is not a generic program. It is tailored to you.

  • The Cycle Script was created for women who:

    • Are trying to conceive

    • Feel like something is “off” with their cycle

    • Have painful or irregular periods

    • Have been told everything looks “normal” but still do not feel well

    • Want a more holistic and educational approach to cycle health

    • Want an extra set of eyes on their health and fertility journey

We commonly work with women experiencing:

    • PCOS

    • Endometriosis

    • Irregular cycles

    • Ovulation concerns

    • Post birth control cycle changes

    • Unexplained infertility

We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

  • No. We believe the best care often happens when providers work together.

The Cycle Script is designed to complement your medical care by helping you better understand your body, symptoms, habits, and cycle patterns while also helping you feel more informed and empowered during appointments.

  • No. While many of our clients are trying to conceive, you do not have to be TTC to benefit from understanding your cycle and hormones better.

Your menstrual cycle is a vital sign, and understanding it can provide insight into your overall health.

  • Yes. Even if you are on hormonal birth control, we can still review your symptoms, health history, lifestyle factors, and overall concerns.

However, hormonal birth control can suppress ovulation and alter cycle biomarkers, which may limit some tracking related insights.

  • Yes. Many of our clients have PCOS, endometriosis, painful periods, irregular cycles, or ovulation concerns.

Your recommendations are individualized based on your symptoms, goals, and history.

  • Generic advice cannot see your full picture. Your history, symptoms, stress levels, sleep, nutrition, movement, and cycle patterns all matter.

The Cycle Script connects the dots specifically for you and filters out the noise so you can focus on what actually applies to your body.

  • No. This is not hands on treatment. However, it is informed by pelvic floor physical therapy, cycle tracking, fertility education, and lifestyle based care.

If pelvic floor therapy or other support would be helpful, that will be discussed.

  • Absolutely. That is what the follow up period is for. We want you to feel supported and understand your recommendations.

  • All communication happens through Slack. This allows you to ask questions, clarify recommendations, and check in as things come up without feeling rushed.

  • That is normal. Nothing is meant to be done all at once. Part of the two week support window is helping you prioritize and choose realistic next steps that fit your life.

Who It Is For

  • You can still benefit from understanding your cycle, symptoms, hormones, and overall health more deeply.

Regular cycles do not always mean optimal ovulation or hormone function.

  • That is okay. While tracking data can be helpful, you do not need perfect data to get started.

  • Yes. Many of our clients are also working with OBGYNs, fertility clinics, endocrinologists, primary care providers, therapists, pelvic floor physical therapists, or other healthcare professionals.

  • No. Many people come to The Cycle Script without a diagnosis and that is completely okay. This service is designed to help you understand patterns, root causes, and next steps whether or not you have a formal label yet.

  • Yes. We often help women better interpret and understand their tracking data and patterns.

  • Yes. Wanting pain free, predictable, and supported cycles is reason enough.

You do not need to be in crisis or trying to conceive to deserve answers.

  • That is actually an ideal time to do this. The Cycle Script can help you build a strong foundation, understand ovulation timing, and optimize your cycle before you are deep into frustration or interventions.

  • You are very welcome here. Many clients come to this service after years of unanswered questions. The goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered regardless of where you are in the journey.

    • Looking for emergency medical care

    • Looking for a diagnosis

    • Looking for prescribed medications

    • Unwilling to make lifestyle changes

    • Wanting a quick fix rather than a whole body approach
